I've been so excited to go back to school all summer long. I've been working really hard this summer, and I'm ready to get back to learning. Although thinking about how much college costs is driving me insane! Seriously, I could just work at a crappy job and still get a car and a nice house with that money and not be broke. Or I could just go to school, pay even more money for education, and struggle to find a job that won't make me go insane after school.
I really do plan on staying in school though. I am really glad I decided to go through with it. It's just frustrating how you have to pay so much for tuition and then spend even more on food and textbooks. After paying for a lot of my own stuff this summer, I'm so done with having to put even more money towards necessary evils.
Hopefully one day I will get to relax with a good job, car, and nice house and be proud of myself for pushing through working 3 jobs and going to school full time. All I know is I can't wait for that day.

Cleansing Your Life
I have gone through so much in the past year. I have learned even more from my experiences. The best way to break it down is probably through bullet points though, so here we go.
- Living in dorms is not for me.
- For one thing, I'm way too introverted.
- I also have too much stuff.
- We moved into a bigger house about a month ago
- The attic is my craft space and I also have a bedroom
- Where do I put all this stuff?!
- I like having the space to spread out, though.
- I gained over 50 pounds this past year.
- Seriously, the freshman 15 is real and it's usually more than 15 pounds.
- I also was on depo provera for a health problem
- We can get into how awful being on depo was at a later time
- I am currently getting off of depo and am already losing weight within a week after I was supposed to get my next shot
- It's fantastic.
- I also have serious stretch marks that I'm very insecure about.
- I also have spent so much money.
- I now have debt to pay off.
- Also it didn't help that I kept losing hours when I was told I would be working.
- I probably wouldn't have debt if that happened.
So I guess I have some solutions and goals for myself within the next year:
- Pay off debt. Hopefully by the end of 2015.
- Get rid of all the stuff I know I won't use. That can help with the first goal too!
- Eat clean and work out. It won't be simple. But all I know is every day I don't try to work on myself in this way I get even more upset with myself.
I just really want to cleanse my life from all the things that are weighing me down.

Summary So Far...
This school year has been insane so far. Between school work, joining a sorority, and all the other stuff that comes with being in college, I've become an extremely busy girl. This school year has been fun so far though!
For starters, I have a class where we create our own company and we do everything from the planning and marketing, to creating, and selling our product. We have decided to make crop tops with pockets and we're calling our company On Crop of the World. I have been so excited to work on this project, plus I ended up being CEO for our company. How fun is that?!
Joining my sorority has been one of the best experiences of my life. We're not initiated yet, but we will be in less than a month! I already found out who my big is, I've done some sisterhood events, and even went to a new member retreat. I've also managed to find my shoes and dress for initiation, which was a big struggle. I'm just happy I have 40+ girls I can call my friends. Wait no, not just friends, they're my sisters. It's really been such a great experience.
Lastly I've been focusing a lot of my free time to creating items for my Etsy again! I haven't photographed anything yet, but I plan on doing that soon. Although I have been working on an array of things! I've made flower crowns, masks, and I've been working on a rag rug. I really love crafting, it's something that makes me super happy in this world.
One thing I really miss is blogging though. I'm definitely going to figure out how to incorporate blogging back into my life. Even if it's not as often as I would like, I'll still be doing it.

Spirited Change
Hello there! My name is Claire and I'm currently 18 years old. I'm transitioning to college in a matter of 3 weeks and it's a huge change in my life. I started blogging when I was about 15 or 16, into fashion and make up and reviews. Don't get me wrong, fashion is still a huge part of my life. After all I'm majoring in Fashion Merchandising at school. Now I'm just a different person though. I'm very into astrology, means of fortune telling, and anything bohemian. I'm also very into learning about other cultures and sometimes parts of those cultures stick and become part of who I am. Also before any of you get your panties in a bunch over my love for astrology and such, I don't view it as an end all be all to what my day, month, year, etc. is going to be like. I use it as a guide to look inside myself and see who I am. If you see it as a guide it is actually much more beneficial and almost meditative. At least that's how I see it. Anyways that's most of what I wanted to say. You'll definitely learn more about me as time goes on and I create more posts. I think this will easily become more of a blog about my life than a commercialized product-friendly blog. I mean I want to share my life at college! Between dorm room pictures, the fun things that will happen, maybe even my viewpoints on what I've learned in class and outside the classroom becoming an adult. I also will show all the crafts I've made if I'm satisfied with them, I mean it's okay to be proud of your work! I also will share information on things like tarot cards and other similar things as I teach these things to myself. This blog is going to show who I am and maybe someday it will inspire someone else to be who they are. Who knows.
